A first painting I did many years ago when I tried to use black in the background for dark pond water. I did another that I gave away (see it in the upper left hand corner of a collage of "given paintings") and since I have cut this first painting into smaller pieces that look very nice on white card stock as cards, etc. I now also use a different black paint that has been a staple in my paintings ever since.
