Sarah wanted an image of Florence Italy for a wedding present to friends engaged in Florence. So I painted two images: this one and the Cupola of the Duomo. She decided on the Cupola since it was a more recognizable landmark from that tourist place but she liked this painting as well. I think this one is very bold and interesting the way the water moved in its own way from sky to buildings.
